Are the sizes fairly standard, or do they tend toward being a bit smaller? (I've been buying small and often items are closer to being an xs)

@chaps555 hey there. This dress is true to size. I normally wear a small. And I wear the small in this. It’s a great dress fully lined and great quality. Material is 100% polyester. The picture doesn’t do it justice. I dropped the price quote a bit because I have a few in stock and trying to clear everything I have. All
