ywkate520 @nataliefruman the fabric is polyester. The top portion is semi-sheer. The ribbon is not detachable.

ywkate520 @nataliefruman correction: only the arms are semi sheer top and skirt portions are lined. Bow is semi sheer and connected to dress. I’m not sure how I can measure accurately.

nataliefruman @ywkate520 Thank you for the information. Other sellers lie the item down flat and provide measurements from the flat item. The measurements are half of what they actually are, except for the length. For the length, measure from the shoulder to the bottom of the dress. For the bust, measure straight across the bust line, and do the same for the waist line.
