Navy mother of the bride Mori Lee three piece dress/ set

Blouse, skirt and jacket. mother of the bride outfit. only worn once. purchased at a bridal boutique. tag says size 18 but measurements are pictured. would fit a women's size large but short petite women. There is no way this is a size 18. My mother in law is a medium to large sized short lady.
