Navy plaid shirtdress

100% cotton shirtdress from Eddie Bauer with attached belt. Falls above the knee on a 5’6” wearer. Navy blue with red and white contrast. There is a small section on the back of the hem that appears to have been torn and then repaired by hand (see last photo). Open to lower offers on account of this. Otherwise in excellent condition.
