Navy sequin short shrug/bolero

Cute and sparkly. Just not my size. Great for a party or a date night. Has a button at the waist but don’t think it works the way it should. Sequins are sewn on. There are a couple missing here and there. Pit to pit 17” Waist 16” Length 18.5” Sequins seem to be black, blue and grayish
