Navy short sleeve sweater

Longer length v neck sweater with short loose open sleeves. Loose and flowy material. Can be cute over a white blouse or on its own. Never worn new but tag portion removed. Has a straight line seam down the back. Thicker v neck collar and cinched elastic waist band.
