Navy/White Fluted Cotton Skirt - Waist 28 - Cleo

A fun, lightweight, summer skirt. With serged panels to create a flair/fluted hem, this midi length skirt is a royal navy blue and white pattern. Cleo Petites, it is marked a size 2, but I would suggest it could fit up to a size 6. Excellent condition. I love this skirt. But it's one of those pieces that loves to attract cat hair.
