Neck & Neck Dress hand smocked lined dress

This is a lovely hand smocked lined dress. The clolour is white with green, red, orange, and teal speckles. Smocking is in orange and green thread. Lining is trimmed with eyelet lace that is only visible when the dress is twirled. 100% Cotton Size: 2Y-3Y 85-92 cm - Fits like a 2T Excellent condition. Missing care tag, but still has brand and size tag.
