Necklace - Key with White Stones - Long Chain with extender!

Lia Sophia Necklace! Discontinued and difficult to come by. Has large key with long chain and extender. Key is studded with white stones. There is a saying that there is a genuine diamond set in with all the other white stones but I do not know if this is true or just a myth created by Lia Sophia, lol.
