Necklace on multicolored silk cord

This is a very unique piece. The cord is multicolored silk with fresh water pearl stations and an enamel barrel pendant. It's easily wrapped twice around the neck. I've included a copy of the "care card". This is in perfect condition, it has never been worn. There are no scratches and the enamel is perfect. This is just such a cool unique piece.
