Need for Speed Undercover Wii - DISC WONT READ

Case and paper work in good shape but seems to be issue with disc - game will boot up properly but when you select career mode it says it can’t read disc. Disc doesn’t look too scratched so may be right for someone who has ability to give it a good clean or perhaps has the loose disc and wants the case!
