Neiman Marcus Knit Sweater Dress

This knit dress by Neiman Marcus is made of a viscose/cotton/nylon blend (50/40/10) in black and tan. The bottom is black, the top is tan, and the middle is an abstract blend between the two. The dress has a round neckline and 3/4 sleeves and falls around the knee. The fabric has some stretch/give to it, but not a ton. There is some normal wear, but no issues like holes, pulls, or lost stitches. The fabric is slightly rough and I'm not 100% sure it has always only been dry cleaned. The knit doesn't feel felted, but it feels kind of like when you hand wash something and then let it air dry, if that makes sense. The dress doesn't come with the belt (tie) in the pictures but accessorizing with a belt like this can make the piece fit smaller sizes. This piece is marked as a size large and but measures more like a medium, suggesting the dress is intended to fit a little tighter and take advantage of the stretch in the fabric.
