@paulamcgarry hi! Thanks for asking, I’ve never worn them around so I can’t speak directly to the comfort. I’ve tried them on and they fit true to size. I would assume like any type of heel that over long wear, they might affect your feet but otherwise they seemed comfortable when I tried them on for it.
