This is just the most perfect dress in the softest shade of ballet pink . Nellystella is the epitome of perfection for girls event dresses . The Dress is lined in the softest cotton so the material won’t bother delicate skin . The puffed sleeves are sheer to add and create a floating and light feeling. The back fastens at the neck with a tiny pink glass button and keyhole opening . Billows of tulle at the bottom ( see picture ) .
