New, never used package of water-slide decals for nails Decals are printed on flexible stretchable film to prevent folds and creases Package contains 5 sheets of the same decals (size of each sheet is about 2.5" x 3.5") How to apply water-slide decals: 1. Remove sheet from it's plastic sleeve 2. Cut out the decals you would like to apply, as closely as you can around the image 3. Place the decal in a small bowl of room temperature water and let sit for about 5 seconds 4. Using tweezers, remove the decal from the water 5. Gently slide the decal off it’s backing sheet and onto your nail 6. Using a paper towel, gently pat the design onto your nail to remove excess water 7. Once dry and in place, apply 1-2 coats of clear top coat
