Neon green mini dress

from Nordstrom, small, tie straps 90's neon green rave party dress. it's worn, so has imperfections attributed to that, but no visible tears, stains, etc. that I can see. that said, it is a second-hand item and comes as-is. non-smoking home with a cat.
