Neon yellow Tahari dress, size 10

Sleeveless dress by Tahari, Arthur S. Levine. I can't decide if the colour is "yellow-ish" or "chartreuse-ish".The under layer is a soft lime green and the top layer is a lighter shade. Top fabric has horizontal stripes of sheer and solid fabric. Pleated skirt. Preloved - in very good condition - no stains, rips or tears.
