Neutral Plaid High-Waisted Midi Pencil Wrap Skirt

This is a Burberry-esque midi pencil skirt in excellent condition. Never worn and well-made, it has an inside snap closure and a wrap belt. It also hits below the knee like a true midi. The size is listed as 0 on the tag, however, I might recommend this for a 00-0. It fits close to the body, so it would likely fit a 22-24" waist best.
