Never Used Kate Spade Tote

Got this Kate Spade tote in green as a gift over the holidays, but am no longer able to return it for a tote in black like I wanted. It's brand new and still in all of the original packaging. Includes a separate small bag that can clip to the inside as well, as pictured. Goes for $429 Canadian new.
