This fun blouse skirt set was inspired by designs from the early 1920s. The skirt features a handkerchief hem and black elastic waistline, made from belting elastic to prevent excess bulk while still providing a comfortable fit. The blouse is made from the same blue plaid material, with the neck accented with a black lace bow. Condition: This blouse and skirt set was leftover stock from the now closed shop: Phonograph Fashions, and has never been worn Size Bust: 52" (Note: Measurements are of the actual garment.
