Never Worn | V-Neck Rachel Zoe Black Long-Sleeve Mini Dress

Purchased at Winners for an occasion, but has never been worn. The top layer of material has a corrugated effect which ripples out at the waist. Neckline is a v-neck shape. A super airy dress with a slip below and see-through sleeves. I usually wear a large, but this fit with plenty of room. A good amount of stretch. At 5 ft 5, this fell above my knees. Shoulder to Hemline Measurement: 35 inches. Sleeve Length: 25 inches. Pit to Pit (Without Stretching): 20 inches. Please see all pictures for sleeve materials and hemline. 100% polyester. There is a small stain on the sleeve that the dress has when I bought it. Please see the last picture.
