This pretty lightweight, flowing blouse is lovely for the warmer months and makes a great holiday staple. The blouse sits off the shoulder, but is supported with elastic and also has two fabric ties that are adjustable. The sleeves are like bells with a bit of a ruffle as a cuff. The bottom hem is mildly curved to the sides are slightly higher than the front and back bottom hem. Measurements: measured across the front from armpit to armpit: close to 25”; measured across back from armpit to armpit: close to 25”; length measured down middle of back from top of blouse’s neckline to bottom of hem: 23.5”.
