New 14 Karat gold filled (14K GF) dainty bracelet w natural topaz (?) stones

Brand new bracelet made of natural stones of light blue color, most likely topaz. The metal is 14 karat gold filled. Stamped on the clasp and on the heart: 1/20 14K GF. Dainty and feminine. 6" long plus 1" extension. The stones are faceted, sparkly, slightly varying in color and with almost no inclusions. Gold Filled jewelry is considered valuable as it contains quite a bit of real gold.
