there are 14 retailers in Sydney which is a 4.5 hour drive from the factory at 89 South Street, South Kempsey, NSW, AUSTRALIA ... prices have jumped and direct from Akubra $320 ... $296 at Hats by the Hundreds and about the same at the other 13 stores since my last post of $234 ... again i ask what's going on ?

i own two camp drafts, one down under, one snowy river and one suburban fedora ... all from Akubra or Hats by the Hundreds ... i purchased and gifted three akubras from poshers, a snowy river and two down unders all like new and priced $45, $60 and $90 ... why on earth did you think i hadn't purchased from Australia or anywhere else for that matter ? jimmyjerseyman might own one and if not he at least knows what they retail for ...

you couldn't ... yet, you are the one who said, " If you're genuinely interested in a an Akubra and those are the prices ?, , why haven't you purchased from Australia? " based on what ? i started this string by pointing out what this hat costs and asked what's going on ... i have helped dozens of poshers sell their hats by pointing out what they have, how to size it and when their price is too low or too high, i nudge them in the right direction ... you didn't read the nudge ...

here is another nudge ... less than 1% of the population of men have a size 61cm or 23 7/8 inch head ( www.dtic.mil/cgi-bin/GetTRDoc?Location=U2&doc=GetTRDoc ) ... i personally have tracked every single Akubra that has been sold or not on Poshmark.ca since 2018 and i can tell you some sell for $100 to $130 very rarely a bit more ... most between $40 and $90 ... my observations lead me to believe about 10% don't sell here at all like yours that's been listed for over a year
