The shoe can act either as a 4mm drop shoe or zero drop simply by the removal of the midsole, so it can act as a transitional shoe and a "barefoot" shoe all in one. The shoes allow you to spread those toes and give the forefoot flexibility needed for an efficient forefoot landing, with dual Toe Flex splits that allow your forefoot to flex through its three functional units, creating natural balance and a springy push-off. An anatomical last mimics the shape of your foot for a closer fit, so expect it to be more fitted to the shape of the foot.
