delicioussteals @bgbou1 HI. I don't know the exact millage, these were mine (I had 2 pairs one for outdoor running hiking and this pair for indoor) and used almost exclusively indoors (went outside a handful of times to walk the dog) to do weights and video workouts in my basement (which didn't happen alot lol - i'd rather be outside). The cushioning is still great :) Hope this helps.
