what are the white like speckles sll over the coat? is it the fabric? also, looks more like a grey color. dark blue????

@jojoreodica you’re right it looks more gray but tagged as dark blue…it’s subtle. No sparkles either…it’s just gray specks it’s a classy coat but more so for fall. Even though it’s wool it’s not very thick
