New Chelsea28 drop waist minidress, smocked at the waist and sleeves, with a cute peekaboo back cutout. Condition is excellent overall, however there’s one area where the thread loosened, please refer to the last photo. The fabric on the bottom sheer layer is still in tact, but the top layer seems to have loosened a little, should be a simple repair if you can sew though.
