Got this brand new last year, never used, tag still on. Includes original guitar strap but I also got an extra thinner adjustable leather strap as an option for a more delicate and simple look. The storage capacity is great but the medium size fits my frame better - I'm 5 feet only. So I'm keeping my medium instead.
