He is dressed in a cute blue beret and holding a Mickey shaped art palette and brush ... He is completely brand new with original tags still. I picked up this adorable pendant from my recent trip to Japan DisneySea Park. This specific plushie was from a limited edition series of plush called 'Colorful Happiness series'..... Only sold in Japan.....
