These are new, without tags& are 94% nylon & 6% spandex, light and breathable, two zippered pockets on each side just below hips, button with zipper front closure, hidden inside end of capris is an elastic with knob button to tighten bottom of legs or to release them bigger. These are great hiking sporty capris, very slimming and clean lines. Also has belt buckle loops if you choose to wear a belt with these. $75 new retail price.
