eghanhara Hi @cindyannebeck ! It is lined, the ruffle at the bottom is not sheer, it’s the same fabric as the rest of the dress. Measurements (taken flat): pit-to-pit: 20”; waist: 17 1/2”; hip: 21”; length: 50”
