***I honestly do not think this bag will easily take its shape again. I own one and the leather is very stiff. The leather is almost like hard plastic. You can tap on it and it makes a noise. You would need to wet it or steam it to make it flexable, then reshape it. I am letting you know because I was looking for a red bag and was SO disapointed to see this bags condition. I reccomend you try to reshape it so you have a realistic understanding of how damaged this bag is.
