New INC Open Flutter Front Jacket with Trumpet Sleeves

This gorgeous formal lace jacket has a ruffled front (no buttons) with lovely trumpet sleeves that can be tightened with the ribbon accent. Pictures are not doing this justice! It’s a generous size Large. The lace is thick and very well made. Brand new, never worn as had hoped to wear this on a cruise but no longer fits.
