modig @dhp444 I just counter - I think sometimes they’re testing the waters and are willing to come up and meet you and of course there are many who are unwilling as well but I keep it open- declining can seem abrupt- just my thoughts🌷

modig @dhp444 Diana, you can also place a sign on your listings that says no lowballs- that may keep some of that at bay- I’ve seen it on some of the closets- just an ‘x’ beside things they don’t want happening, ie X lowballs X trades Etc… good luck!
