New Ladies Brown/Tan Boots Man-Made Fabric Size 7 1/2 Size 8

This is a pair of ladies brown ankle boots. Lace up style. They are new and unused. It says they are a size 8 but fit more like a 7 1/2. I'm a size 8 and they are tight on me and therefore I haven't been able to wear them.
