New Mens 14K Yellow Gold Five Band Puzzle Ring

New Mens 14K yellow gold puzzle ring with five pink sapphires and ten diamonds. This ring belongs to a friend of mine who had it custom made for him in Syria. He never wore it as you can tell by the pristine condition it is in. The stamp is on the bottom of the ring as per the picture included but I cannot make it out and the appraiser lists it as approximately 14K but I think it may be closer to 18K. The size is showing as between 10 and 10-1/2. I would consider this ring as Unisex. Box and appraisal will be included with the ring.
