New Miss Happ rockabilly pin-up chevron dress

NWT, size M Miss Happ pin-up dress. Top is lined, zips up the back, skirt has pockets! This was a display item so it may show some very minor marks which will come out when washed. Approx. 13" waist measured flat with almost no stretch. (South African size M is equivalent to US size 6.) Petticoat not included.
