New Multicolor Tank top- Possible small / Medium

I have provided measurement for this top as for some reason the tag is torn off - I am going to say size small or medium. The mannequin fits about a size small and i guess she fits it ok but the top part would be better if her breast were larger . So maybe a medium person would fit . From the top of the shoulder straps to the bottom is 21.5" long. Under the arm to the other side is 14" wide across- The bottom of the top is 15 " Across - view all pictures of this top .
