New Navy Blue Cutout Dressy Tank Top

Re-poshing this item from @balatreasures This top is really cute but unfortunately it didn't fit me. Tag size large but it fits like a medium-it would be perfect on a size 6 or 8. Pit to pit measurement is 20" Length is 24.5" It's new/never worn, high neck style with sexy cutout peekaboo feature and adjustable gold buttons at neck. Nice layered chiffon like fabric, light & flowy.
