Sorry but I do not have the cleats or clips. Nor do I know anything about cycling shoes. These belonged to a friends daughter, she was cleaning storage and came across them. They have not been used. Reviewed: on BikeRadar.com These good looking shoes from Northwave have a broad last, which is ideal if you struggle to find shoes wide enough, but narrow feet tend to move around as you pedal even when Velcro straps are tight. On the plus side the carbon reinforced sole is stiff and we experienced no heel lift thanks to Northwave’s ‘Omega’ heel. the well designed ratchet mechanism allows small fit adjustments to be made while you’re on the bike. The top strap’s Velcro attachment means its length can be be reduced. -A stiff sole and ratchet and strap closure system ups comfort and maximizes power transfer. -Designed specifically around a woman's foot—unlike your boyfriend's hand-me-downs ;)
