Never Worn. SIZE 16 2000's brown/tan below-the-knee collared button-up short-sleeve dress with belt. Military/Industrial vintage style. Plastic buttons(9). Open at bottom. Deep front pockets on hips and decorative tabs on chest. Exadurated tie for waist with two well-secured thread belt loops on either side. Notched collar, rolled/cuffed short sleeved. 98/2% cotton/spandex blend. condition: brand new. origional back-up button included in little plastic baggy.
