New Sailor Jupiter Cosplay Costume

new sailor scout jupiter cosplay (sailor moon) size xs/s just got in the mail and does not fit:( would fit a 2-4 best! includes: dress, gloves, two bow accessories, headband, and choker (last 2 accessories poor quality as seen😅) cosplay has not been worn..unfortunately i spilt some paint on the back of one of the bow accessories (it might come out, otherwise it’s not visible when wearing!)
