Recommended use: Used in aromatherapy to help relieve respiratory conditions such as symptoms associate with allergic rhinitis. Used in aromatherapy to help relieve minor skin irritations. Directions: Adults: Add 10- 25 drops (1 drop= 0.04 ml) to a bowl of steaming water/facial steamer as needed. Inhale slowly and deeply for 5-10 minutes.
