theblondecollec @carpe_diemw I'm SO sorry for the delay! if you're still interested, yes the sleeves are full length and from the shoulder seam to the wrist the measurement is approximately 23.5 inches. I can't say for sure on the 4 or 6 fitting, other than I wear either a 4 or 6 and it's not snug on me. Can I get you any more measurements? thanks again!
