New York collection, button-down dress

Super cute little button-down dress by New York collection in size medium. (please see measurements for fit. .. I am a typical medium for reference ) In a lovely powder blue ,this casual dress has one pocket on the chest and buttons all the way down the front.. feels kind of like linen, but looks like denim.. very lightweight.. comes with belt. New without tags.
