New beige teddy coat in Large

I love the oversized look. I ordered from a Korean online store but they sent me the wrong color and refused to say they were wrong... I just want my money back. it's a great color but not what I wanted. I usually take a size medium but went with a large for an oversized look. the brand on the tag says shein.
