New black dress pants - XS - high rise, straight leg

Brand new pants. I ordered these online and they came without tags. I only tried them on - they’ve never been worn. Tag says they’re a size small, but I would say they fit more like an extra small. Please see measurements. Color: black Measurements: 27” inseam 24” waist 11.75” rise Single button closure in front. Elastic at back waist. Straight leg. No fabric/care rages, but the fabric feel like some sort of poly to me.
