New condition Shape FX dress.

This dress is made of a stretchy fabric and would be super comfortable and easy care as well. (can be machine washed) The fact that it’s made in Taiwan makes me think it may be vintage but I’m not sure. The tag says small but I think would be more of a medium depending on fit desired. See measurements: Underarm to underarm: 18” Waist at smallest part: 16” Length from shoulder to hem: 43”
