New lounging tulip pants set

Never worn black polyester ( feels a little like crepe). Although the size is 2x, obviously made in China and bought from a company called Attire Toronto who is actually in China. However this outfit is very small, especially the waist and the neckline. Please review the pictures with the measurements.
